Sunroom Extension
Before: We began this Setauket project by securing all plans and permits, then installing new footings to code with a crawl space foundation. Our team framed the structure carefully, ensuring every detail met local building standards.
After: The new rear extension was completed with R15 insulation, ½” sheetrock, and Azek decking flooring for durability and style. We installed Andersen 400 Series windows, and hand-crafted a pine tongue & groove ceiling, routed and finished by hand — secured with glue and fasteners. Electrical was installed to code, and we finished with a coat of Benjamin Moore Regal Select paint for a clean, lasting look.
Brookville Stoop Repair
Before: The old stoop in Brookville was falling apart — cracked concrete and worn pavers.
After: We reinforced the base with rebar and cement, then upgraded with beautiful Bluestone steps, CertainTeed cultured stone risers, and a bluestone landing. A fresh new look built to last!
Custom Bar Build in Farmingdale NY
Before: Anchored the bar into a commercial floor with a steel I-beam and welded the steel to form the frame skeleton.
After: Added a Masonite backer with galvanized clamp brackets, installed custom Baltic birch with a wave effect, and finished it off with a custom Minwax stain blend + poly coat for long-lasting protection.
Smithtown Trex Deck
Before: The existing deck framing was structurally sound, allowing us to modify and reinforce it instead of rebuilding from scratch. We enhanced the framework using pressure-treated lumber, added new strapping and footings to meet current building codes, and carefully adjusted the structure to elevate the deck to its new height.
After: Once the foundation was secure, we installed premium Trex decking using a screw and plug system that blends seamlessly with the deck’s color for a clean, professional finish. The deck edging was completed with solid edge boards to conceal installation grooves, creating a smooth and polished appearance. The result — a durable, low-maintenance deck built to last, combining functionality, safety, and beautiful modern design.
East Hampton Custom Built In
Before: The East Hampton custom built-in was designed to meet the homeowner’s specific mudroom storage needs, combining function and craftsmanship. We constructed the entire unit using sanded birch sheet goods for the doors, shell, faces, and shelving — creating a durable and high-quality foundation ready for finishing.
After: Once the structure was complete, the built-in was sanded and filled with a custom birch dust blend to achieve a flawless surface. It was then painted with Benjamin Moore Advance self-leveling paint for a smooth, professional finish. Finally, custom accessories were installed to complete the unit, providing the homeowner with a beautifully crafted and fully functional storage solution that perfectly complements the space.
